MOLA Learn ("Service": the molalearn.com website and app, with their pages, files, software, content and Output) is operated by A7 CLOUD LLC ("we", "us"). These Terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the Service, with or without an account. By visiting the Service, creating an account or using it, you agree to these Terms. If you create accounts for children or students, you agree to these Terms on their behalf.
Accounts are held by adults: a parent, legal guardian, or other grown-up who looks after the kids using it. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these Terms.
Kid accounts (a username and a PIN) are created and owned by a grown-up account. The grown-up is responsible for the kid's use of the Service, for keeping the PIN private, and for supervising use as appropriate for the child's age. The number of kid accounts a grown-up can create is shown in the app.
The topics are AI tools for learning and fun. Answers can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing in the Service is medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or professional advice. Kids should check important things with a trusted grown-up.
If a kid mentions bullying, self-harm, someone hurting them, or feeling unsafe, MOLA stops the task and tells them to talk to a trusted grown-up, and the answer includes crisis lines (call or text 988 in the US, call 111 in Vietnam). The message is marked "Safety check" in the grown-up's activity log, except when a kid says someone is hurting them: then our safety team is told instead (see How we protect kids). The Service is not an emergency or crisis service; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Not a school. The Service is not a school or a human tutoring service, nor an accredited curriculum, and we do not promise any grade, score, test result or credit. Lessons, quizzes and plans are written and checked by AI, not by a teacher. Families who homeschool are responsible for meeting their own state's or country's rules.
Every kid account gets free Sparks as shown on our pricing: a one-time trial, or an amount that refills monthly or daily. Free Sparks do not roll over. Using MOLA spends Sparks at the rates shown in the app; in a chat, one Spark covers a set amount of conversation, and the next Spark is used when it runs out (the Sparks counter in the app shows what is left).
Grown-ups can buy Spark packs (the Spark Starter Pack or the Spark Big Pack) through our payment processor. Each pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Paid Sparks do not expire while the account exists and are held in one family pool that the grown-up and their kids all spend from.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased Sparks. Paid Sparks never expire, and every family can try MOLA and every tool with free Sparks before buying. If a payment is disputed or reversed through our payment processor, a card network or a bank (a chargeback), the card network's dispute rules apply and we record it in our accounts. If that happens and the account has no purchased Sparks left, we disable the account and its kids' accounts. This does not remove any right the law gives you that cannot be waived. Sparks have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another owner. We may change prices and Spark costs; changes apply to future use and purchases.
Do not use the Service to create or seek content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, or that shares someone else's personal information. Do not try to break, overload, or get around the Service's limits or safety features. Some free features, such as voice input, have fair use limits; when one is reached, the feature pauses and you can keep typing. Owners must not create kid accounts for children they are not responsible for.
Do not copy the Service or its content, in bulk or in part, scrape or crawl it, resell it, or make a similar or competing service from it; do not reverse engineer, decompile, probe or test the Service's software to learn how it works or to reproduce it; do not copy or imitate its design, look and feel, texts, lessons, prompts or structure; do not use bots, scripts, automated tools or mass sign-ups; and do not use the Service or its Output to train or improve another AI model or to build another product. These rules apply to the public pages as much as to the app.
Account owners can see their kids' activity log: each question, the tool used, and MOLA's answer. Kids are told this in the app. To keep the Service safe and secure for every user, we also keep an activity record for every account, kid and grown-up alike: each request made to MOLA or to a tool, the answer returned, the outcome of our safety checks, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address and country from which the request was made. We use these records to operate our safety checks, to investigate a reported answer or suspected misuse, to detect and prevent abuse of the Service, and, where the law requires it, to respond to valid legal process from law enforcement or another government agency. Activity records are kept for 30 days by default and never more than 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically, unless a legal hold requires us to keep them longer. A grown-up's own activity records are not shown to any other user.
Keep your password, passkeys, recovery codes, sign-in links and your kids' PINs private, and do not share an account. You are responsible for what happens on your account and your kids' accounts. Tell us at once at info@molalearn.com if you think someone else has used them.
Some actions cannot be undone: deleting a kid account or your own account, clearing MOLA's memory, and deleting a saved work remove it from the Service, and we cannot bring it back for you. Backup copies are removed on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
We may pause or close accounts that break these Terms. When we find misuse of the Service, such as automated or scripted use, attempts to overload the Service or to get around its limits or safety features, or attempts to gain unauthorized access, we may refuse the request, disable the account and block the Internet Protocol (IP) address it used from signing in or creating accounts, with or without notice. An owner who believes an account was blocked in error may write to us at the address in section 17. Owners can pause or delete any of their kid accounts at any time and can delete their own account from Settings, which deletes their kid accounts too. Unused paid Sparks are lost when an owner account is deleted.
Your content. You and your kids keep the rights you have in what you type and upload. You let us store and process it only to run the Service for you, as our Privacy Policy explains. You may use Output for personal, family, homeschool and classroom learning. Output written by AI may not be protected by copyright, and other people may receive similar Output.
Our content. The Service's software, design, look and feel, the structure and sequence of its pages, the text we wrote, our lessons, prompts, lists of topics and skills, and our figures and pictures belong to A7 CLOUD LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may use them only inside the Service, for learning. We keep dated records of the Service to prove when each part was made, and we may seek an injunction, damages and our legal costs against anyone who copies, scrapes, reverse engineers or imitates it. MOLA Learn and the MOLA character (the green blob) are trademarks of A7 CLOUD LLC; you may not use them without our written permission.
Old texts. Reading passages we provide are in the public domain in the United States, and we show where each one comes from. Their status can differ in other countries.
Standards and tests. Where we show codes from learning standards (for example Texas TEKS, California standards, the Common Core State Standards or the Next Generation Science Standards), they are references that show how a lesson fits, not the standards' text. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the Texas Education Agency, the California Department of Education, the authors of the Common Core State Standards, WestEd, or any test publisher. We remove or disable material named in a valid notice and tell the person who posted it, who may send a counter-notice as the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act allows. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
The Service depends on other companies, including our hosting and storage provider, our payment processor, the kinds of AI providers described on the How we protect kids page, and our email provider. They work under their own terms and policies. We choose them with care, but we are not responsible for their outages or their own acts.
The Service uses artificial intelligence. The answers, summaries, quizzes, plans, apps, games, presentations and other material it generates ("Output") may be incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and the safety checks described in the app may not catch every unsafe request or response. You acknowledge these limits and agree that Output is provided for learning and entertainment only, and that you and your kids must review Output and confirm it with a trusted source before relying on it, including for schoolwork, health, money, safety, or any decision.
The accuracy of Output depends on what is entered ("Input"), including questions, notes, files, tables and descriptions a kid provides. Inaccurate, incomplete or misleading Input produces Output that is likewise inaccurate. You are responsible for all Input from your account and your kids' accounts, for all use of Output, and for any file, app or presentation sent from the Service to a third party, including all consequences of that use.
You represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of, or otherwise responsible for, each child for whom you create a kid account; that you have the right to give consent under applicable children's privacy laws on that child's behalf; that any notes, files or other material uploaded to the Service are yours or you have permission to use them; and that your use, and your kids' use, of the Service and Output will not violate these Terms, the rights of any third party, or applicable law.
The Service is designed for supervised use. Grown-ups agree to supervise their kids' use as appropriate for the child's age, to review the activity log, and to respond to safety alerts. We may add safeguards, limits or confirmation steps, but we do not represent or warrant that any safeguard will prevent every unintended, unsafe or erroneous Output. Records of activity available in the Service may be incomplete, and you remain responsible for monitoring use of your account and your kids' accounts. Safety checks, alerts and any notice to our staff help raise awareness; they are not a monitoring service, we do not watch the Service around the clock, and they create no duty for us to act.
We protect the Service with the security program described in our Privacy Policy. No online service can promise complete security, and we do not promise that the Service will be free of attacks, outages or loss of data. If we learn that personal information was accessed without permission, we look into it, act to contain it, and tell affected grown-ups and the authorities as the law requires. Section 13 still applies to any such event.
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A7 CLOUD LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS (THE "COMPANY ENTITIES") DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. THE COMPANY ENTITIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SAFE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company Entities from any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your or your kids' Input, use of Output, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including cyberattacks, outages of the internet or of the companies in Section 9, power failures, natural disasters, epidemics, war, or government action.
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to send a written description of the dispute to info@molalearn.com and to try in good faith to resolve it with us for 60 days.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and A7 CLOUD LLC agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek public injunctive relief where the law allows. Claims about intellectual property, or about unauthorized access to, copying, scraping, reverse engineering or imitation of the Service, may be brought by either party in court, including for an injunction, and are not subject to arbitration. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Arbitration may take place by video or telephone, or in Harris County, Texas.
Opt-out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing info@molalearn.com with "Arbitration opt-out" and the account email within 30 days of first creating your account. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Class-action waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND A7 CLOUD LLC AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY IN EACH PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, MULTIPLE-PLAINTIFF OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT COMBINE OR AGGREGATE CLAIMS, CONDUCT A CLASS ACTION, OR MAKE AN AWARD TO ANY PERSON WHO IS NOT A PARTY TO THE ARBITRATION. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, the agreement to arbitrate is void as to that claim, which must then be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, and this paragraph does not limit your right to seek public injunctive relief where the law allows.
Mass claims. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against us by or with the help of the same or coordinated lawyers or organizations, the American Arbitration Association's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply, and the AAA may handle the demands in batches as those rules allow. Batching is only for handling the demands; each claim is still decided on its own. Any deadline to bring a claim is paused while that claim waits in this process.
Jury waiver. IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM GOES TO COURT RATHER THAN TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND A7 CLOUD LLC EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.
We may update these Terms. For a material change, every grown-up is asked in the app to read and agree to the new version before they keep using the Service, and we record which version they agreed to and when; we may also tell you by email. Any change to Section 16 is a material change. It applies only to disputes that arise after you agree to it, never to a dispute that arose, or that either of us knew about, before then, and an arbitration opt-out you already sent still applies. If you do not agree to a new version, stop using the Service and email info@molalearn.com, and we will pause or delete your account and your kids' accounts. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any court proceeding permitted by Section 16 will be brought in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Kid Privacy Promise are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. The Kid Privacy Promise is a short summary for families; if it and the Privacy Policy ever differ, the Privacy Policy controls. We may transfer this agreement if our business is sold or reorganized; you may not transfer your account. We may send you notices by email to your account address or in the app. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, we have not given it up. Sections 3 (for Sparks already bought or used), 4, 8, and 10 to 18 continue after an account is closed.

This is our own promise, not a certificate from another company. It describes how MOLA is built, and every point is part of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. MOLA is designed to meet COPPA (children's online privacy).
Only an adult (a parent, guardian, or other grown-up) can create an account. Kids sign in with a username and PIN, and we never ask kids for an email, phone number, address, where they study, or a photo.
Every question your kid asks and every answer they get is in your Activity log. Kids see a note that their grown-up can read their chats.
Activity logs are kept 30 days by default and never more than 90. The same applies to a grown-up's own chats. MOLA's memory notes are deleted after 90 days without use. Notes your kid adds in My Documents stay until you or your kid delete them. Badges and progress counts (no messages) stay while the account exists. Pictures from Canvas Painter are not kept on our servers, except the newest one in the Vault and one your kid shares. Clips from Clip Maker are deleted with the activity log (30 days by default), except the newest one in the Vault. Safety alerts are kept 7 years as a safety record, then deleted. Accounts nobody uses are paused after at most 6 months and deleted at most 6 months later, with everything in them. A grown-up account whose email was never verified, that never bought Sparks and that nobody in the family has signed in to for 6 months is deleted without warning, since we have no confirmed address to warn. All of this happens automatically. Voice input is turned into words right away, and the sound is never kept.
We never show ads, never sell or rent data, never build profiles for marketing, and never use kids' chats to train AI.
Deleting a kid account removes that kid's chats, notes, MOLA's memory, activity log and safety alerts right away (a safety alert stays only if the law requires it, or if a kid told us someone is hurting them; that record stays with our safety team on the schedule in our Privacy Policy). Deleting your account removes your kids' accounts too.
If a kid mentions bullying, self-harm, someone hurting them, or feeling unsafe, MOLA stops, says clearly that it matters and is not their fault, and tells them to talk to a trusted grown-up right now. The app also adds the crisis, child help and emergency lines for the country the kid connects from, such as 988 and 911 in the US, Childline and 999 in the UK, Kids Help Phone and 911 in Canada, or 111 and 113 to 115 in Vietnam. The message is marked "Safety check" in the grown-up's activity log (except when a kid says someone is hurting them; then our safety team is told instead), and topics never save it to memory. Buddies are AI helpers, not people, and say so when asked.
Passwords and PINs are stored only as one-way hashes, sign-ins are protected, and staff access is limited to people who need it.
In a plan kids only tap answers; there is no free text. Plan work (scores, time spent and MOLA's reviews) is in Plan Reports, and our lesson content holds no names, answers or scores. A plan's tapped answers are deleted 90 days after it ends; its scores and reviews stay until you delete the plan.

(b) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (for several works on one site, a representative list of them);
(c) identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the exact URL);
(d) your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
(e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
(f) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
If a notice is missing one of these elements, we may contact you to complete it; a notice that does not substantially include them may not be acted on. Please send only copyright notices to this address; for anything else, write to info@molalearn.com.
We promptly remove or disable access to the reported material, take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user who posted it, and keep a record of the notice.
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes:
(a) your physical or electronic signature;
(b) identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed;
(c) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
(d) your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which A7 CLOUD LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we promptly send a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them that we will restore the material in 10 business days. We restore it no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice that the person who sent the original notice has filed a court action seeking to stop the user from the claimed infringement.
Kid accounts belong to a grown-up: a counter-notice about a kid's material must come from the parent or guardian who holds the account.
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

MOLA is made for kids ages 8 to 15. Safety works in layers, so no single check has to be perfect.
Every message is checked before it ever reaches the AI. Some topics are always stopped: the AI never sees them, no Sparks are used, and the kid gets a short, kind reply with a safe idea instead.
Always stopped: hurting others or weapons; bullying; getting someone in trouble; hate or put-downs; sexual or adult content; getting around parental controls or hiding things from grown-ups; drugs, alcohol, vaping, and tobacco; dangerous stunts and challenges; gambling; stealing and scams.
Sent home to you: questions only a family can answer, such as which belief, party or side is right, whom to vote for, whether your kid should pray or practice a faith, what happens to someone they love after death, sexual orientation, gender identity, reproduction and puberty. MOLA gives no answer or opinion either way; it kindly tells the kid to talk with a trusted grown-up who loves them. School and culture topics are still explained in full at the kid's level: history (including wars and disasters, without graphic detail), festivals and religious holidays, myths and how the body works, as neutral facts about what happened and what people believe. News happening now gets one or two calm facts, with no sides, and a question about a war or a shooting happening now is sent home. These questions do not send you an alert, but they appear in the activity log like every chat. A kid who is being bullied, feels unsafe or is sad always gets care and help first.
MOLA follows strict kid rules: no romance and no playing a boyfriend or girlfriend, no scary or graphic stories, no diet or medicine advice, no asking for personal details, and an honest reminder that it is an AI, not a replacement for real friends and family. The rules apply even when a request is dressed up as a story, a game, or a project.
If a kid mentions wanting to hurt themselves, worries about eating, or someone online asking to meet or for photos, MOLA answers with care and shares the help lines for the country the kid is in, like 988 in the US, Childline in the UK or 111 in Vietnam, with the emergency number. If a kid says someone is hurting them, MOLA shares that country's child helpline right away, like Childhelp (1-800-422-4453) in the US.
Every kid message is read by an AI safety check before MOLA answers. When a safety check is triggered, the grown-up gets an email (without the kid's words) and an alert on their dashboard that shows the conversation of that day. For the most serious situations our safety team is also told, for awareness only. The alert stays until the grown-up confirms they read it.
One exception: when a kid says someone is hurting them, the grown-up is not alerted and the message is not marked in the activity log. The kid sees help lines right away, and our safety team is told instead, for awareness.
When a kid emails an app or a presentation they made, the grown-up gets an activity notice saying what was shared and with whom, and can download the file from the Shared list. See an example AI safety alert or Activity notice.
Kids sign in with a username and PIN, not an email. Grown-ups can set daily time limits and see the full activity log, and kids get friendly break reminders. Web results are filtered for kid-safe facts, and the App Builder only makes kid-safe apps and games with no outside links.
No filter is perfect. Kids are creative with words, and new slang appears all the time. Please talk with your kids about what they do online, check the activity log now and then, and tell us if something gets through: info@molalearn.com.
Our safety design is based on the UK Online Safety Act list of content harmful to children, the US Kids Online Safety Act, and published AI safety principles for users under 18.
List updated November 2026. We use these kinds of providers, each chosen and reviewed by us: AI providers for answers, safety review, pictures, video clips, document search, reading photos and lesson writing; speech-to-text providers for voice input, which receive only the short sound, never a name or an account, and keep nothing; a web search provider, which receives only the search words; a hosting and storage provider; a payment processor; and an email provider for emails to grown-ups. AI providers receive only what a request needs, never an account email, process it in real time, and may not keep it or use it for training. We update this list before we add a new kind of provider.
MOLA teaches about every faith and never teaches a child what to believe. It explains what people of many faiths believe and celebrate, using each faith's own sources where MOLA has them. It never prays with or for a child, never ranks faiths, and sends big belief questions to the family. It never asks for, guesses or stores a family's religion.
Holidays, customs, history, art and stories of every tradition, large or small, are explained as school facts. What a faith teaches is explained from that faith's own sources, together with neutral references such as encyclopedias, museums and universities, for these traditions:

Because we're parents too. AI was coming into our children's world whether we were ready or not, and we wanted them to learn with it, and even play with it. But every time we pictured handing a child an AI tool, the same worries came back. What if it says something untrue? What if it gives a harmful answer? What if it just hands over the final answer, and our child never learns how to get there?
We couldn't find a tool we fully trusted, so we spent 11 months building one. Every feature had to pass one simple test: would we trust this with our own child?
MOLA Learn is the safer AI learning assistant for kids 8 to 15. It checks every message for danger before answering and emails you at once if your child may be at risk. MOLA tutors math, science and reading patiently, step by step, at your child's grade, without giving away answers, and reads bedtime stories aloud.
No, and that's on purpose. A final answer without the "why" and the "how" teaches nothing. MOLA guides kids one step at a time, explains each step, and lets them do the thinking. Working it out is how real understanding grows, in math, science, reading and everything else.
Kids 8 to 15. Learning Plans cover Grades 2 to 9 in math, science and reading.
We believe children younger than 8 shouldn't be chatting with AI on their own yet. At that age, they need time to play outside, talk with real people, and cuddle up with the people who love them. That bonding time shapes who they become.
So the Grade 2 plans are really for parents: a ready-made way to sit down and learn together with a younger child, side by side. From Grade 3, most kids are ready to learn with MOLA on their own, within the screen-time limit you set.
A Learning Plan is a complete math, science or reading program, carefully built lesson by lesson for Grades 2 to 9. Every lesson is mapped to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and to California's standards (Common Core for math and reading, and California's science standards), and together the lessons cover every topic those standards require. There are more than 18,000 lessons in English, Spanish and Vietnamese, and your report shows the standard behind each one.
We use these public standards to design our programs. MOLA Learn is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the Texas Education Agency or the California Department of Education.
Standards are the lists of what kids should know and be able to do in each subject by the end of each grade. For example, by the end of Grade 3, kids should be able to multiply and divide within 100. Each state chooses the standards its schools follow.
The Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) are the standards every Texas public school follows, set by the Texas State Board of Education. California follows the Common Core for math and reading, a set of standards many states share. For science, it has its own standards, built on the national science framework that most states use.
We chose both because Texas and California have more students than any other state, and because they take two different paths: Texas writes its own standards, while California's are shared with many other states. With every plan built on both, the lessons line up with what kids learn in class in Texas, in California and in many other states.
Yes. Choose the grade, the subject, the days of the week, a start date and a reminder time, and MOLA builds the lessons and the schedule. You can pause a plan or move its dates anytime. When a lesson feels hard, MOLA adds another example and easier practice. When it feels easy, MOLA suggests Challenge lessons.
Yes. A kid picks a grade and a subject, and MOLA fills in the rest. You can also make a plan for your kid. Either way, you see every plan's report: the skills learned, the mistakes worth going over, the time spent, and what to do next.
Safety comes first, in every single message. Each message is checked for danger before MOLA answers, and unsafe topics are stopped. If MOLA senses something isn't right, like a topic that isn't right for their age, signs of self-harm, or a sensitive conversation, you get an email alert, and you can read the whole conversation behind it. You can see every chat and every tool your kid uses, and set a daily time limit. Kids sign in with a username and a PIN. There are no ads, we never sell data, and we never use kids' data to train AI. Two things. First, the care we put into keeping kids safe while they talk with AI: several layers of protection around every conversation, and a grown-up who always knows when something needs attention. Second, the way MOLA teaches. It shows kids the steps and the path to an answer, so they truly understand, instead of just seeing a result.
Kids deserve the truth. You and your kid can upload your own notes and files, and MOLA answers from them and shows exactly where each answer came from. When MOLA uses outside information, it points to trusted sources, such as government and education websites. Either way, kids learn from information they can trust, and they can always see where it came from.
Yes. Bedtime Stories has more than 350 classic tales and chapter books in English, Spanish and Vietnamese, read aloud in a warm voice. Each sentence lights up as it is read, so kids can follow along. Short reads are free; a longer book uses a few Sparks once, and your kid can listen again any time.

This policy explains what MOLA Learn (A7 CLOUD LLC) collects, why, and the choices grown-ups have. We built the Service for kids aged 8 to 15, so we collect as little as we can.
Grown-up accounts sign in with a passkey (a key the phone or computer keeps and unlocks with a face, fingerprint or device code; we store only its public half), with a password, or with an emailed sign-in link, and can keep recovery codes for a lost device. Kid accounts are created by a grown-up and sign in with a username and a PIN. We do not ask kids for an email, phone, address, where they study, or a photo, and the topics are told not to ask for personal details.
For children under 13, we rely on the parent or guardian who creates the account to provide consent for the child's use. Owners can review, pause, or delete a kid's account and data at any time.
Owners: email, name, passkey public keys, password and recovery codes (each stored only as a one-way hash), language, time zone, the version of our Terms you agreed to and when, and purchase records (amount, date, Sparks); the IP address and country of each sign-in and of each request you make to MOLA or to a tool; and what you type into the topics with the answers you receive. Our payment processor handles card and bank details; we never see them. Purchase records, including any chargeback, are kept 7 years for tax and accounting; if the account is deleted, they are kept without any link to it.
Kids: username, display name, PIN (stored only as a one-way hash), the kid's age and interests if they fill in the "About me" card, their Spark balance and daily minutes used, and what they type into the topics with the answers they receive, and the IP address and country of each request.
Learning Plans: for each plan, the grade, subject, topic, level and dates chosen, which lessons it used, the answer the kid tapped for each question, scores, time spent, late lessons, taps on a reminder's Later button, problems the kid reported, and MOLA's two short reviews of the plan. In a plan kids only tap answers; there is no free text.
Everyone: uploaded study materials (the text is kept so MOLA can answer from it; the original file is not stored), short memory notes MOLA keeps per topic to remember what you are working on, and basic security data such as sign-in IP address and country.
Voice input: when voice input is on, a kid or grown-up can tap the microphone in MOLA's chat and speak instead of typing. The browser asks for permission first, and the microphone is used only while the button counts down. The speech is turned into a short sound file on the device and sent once to our speech-to-text provider, which turns it into words. The words appear in the chat box, and nothing reaches MOLA until the person taps Send; from then on they are treated like typed text. We do not keep the sound: it is not saved, not added to the activity log, and not used to train AI or for anything else, and it is deleted as soon as the words come back.
Every question a kid asks, the tool used, and the answer is saved to an activity log that only the kid's grown-up can read. A message that matches our safety check is marked "Safety check" so the grown-up can find it quickly, except when a kid says someone is hurting them: that message is not marked, and our safety team is told instead. Logs are deleted automatically after 30 days by default, and never kept longer than 90 days. Kids see a note in the app that their grown-up can read their chats. We keep the same record for a grown-up account's own use of MOLA and the tools, and every record, a kid's or a grown-up's, also notes the IP address and country from which the request was made. A grown-up's own records are shown to no other user. We use these records to operate our safety checks, to investigate a reported answer or suspected misuse, to detect and stop abuse of the Service, and to respond to valid legal process from law enforcement or another government agency where the law requires it. They are deleted on the schedule in section 7 unless a legal hold applies.
To run the topics, apply Sparks and time limits, show owners the activity log, keep the Service safe, which includes keeping the activity records and IP addresses described in section 3 and disabling accounts and blocking IP addresses used to misuse the Service; to show the emergency and help lines for the country you connect from, which we determine from the IP address of each request; to respond to valid legal process where the law requires it; and send essential emails to owners (verification, receipts, security). We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads inside the Service, and we do not use kids' data to train AI models.
AI answers, safety review, picture and video making, reading photos, speech-to-text for voice input and web search are done by AI providers we choose; the kinds of providers we use are listed, with the date of the list, on the How we protect kids page. They receive the question, the kid's first name or nickname, age or grade, interests and the memory notes needed to answer, and never the account email. They process each request in real time and are not permitted to keep it or use it for training. Speech-to-text providers receive only the short sound file from voice input, never a name or an account, and do not keep it. We also use a hosting and storage provider, a payment processor, and an email provider (owner emails only). Some of these may process data outside your country.
Inside the Service we use one essential sign-in cookie and no analytics or advertising trackers. Our public homepage loads an advertising conversion tag to measure sign-ups from our advertising; it is never loaded on pages kids use after signing in.
We keep each kind of information only as long as it is needed for the purpose we collected it for, then delete it automatically:
Activity log (every account: questions, tool used, answers, any Safety check mark, and the IP address and country of each request): so grown-ups can supervise their kids, and so we can operate our safety checks, investigate reports and misuse, and answer valid legal process. Kept 30 days by default, never more than 90, then deleted automatically unless a legal hold applies.
Sparks usage (who in the family used Sparks, when, with which topic and tool; never any words): so the grown-up can see where their Sparks went. Detail kept 90 days; a lifetime total per person is kept while the account exists, and both are deleted with it.
Safety alerts (the kid's message, the conversation of that day, the topic, when the grown-up was told, and when they confirmed it): to protect kids and to answer legal or law-enforcement requests. Full detail for 1 year, then sealed (hidden from everyday screens) until 7 years after the alert, then deleted automatically. If you delete your kid's account or your own, their alerts are deleted too, unless we must keep them for a legal investigation (a legal hold). One exception: when a kid tells MOLA someone is hurting them, the record goes only to our safety team and stays on the schedule above, even after an account is deleted. We keep a note that the deletion was your request, with no details about your kid.
MOLA's memory notes (short notes, kept separately for each topic): so MOLA remembers what the kid is working on. Deleted after 90 days without use, so a short break keeps it; deleted sooner when the kid or the grown-up clears it, when the kid or the account is deleted, or when we delete an inactive account.
Badges and progress (which badges were earned and when, plus counts such as apps built and days in a row; no messages): so the kid can collect badges and the grown-up can see them. Kept while the account exists and deleted with it.
Canvas Painter pictures: made on request and shown to the kid. The newest one may be kept in the Vault (below); otherwise it is not stored on our servers unless the kid shares one, which then follows the sharing rule. The picture idea and the drawing brief appear in the activity log like any tool.
The Vault (the last 5 things each person finished with a tool: an app, a slide deck, a picture or a tool answer): so the kid can open them again. The Vault keeps your last 5 creations until a newer one replaces them or the account is deleted; the kid or the grown-up can also delete one at any time.
Uploaded study text: so MOLA can answer from the kid's own notes. Kept until the kid or owner deletes it or the account is deleted.
Learning Plans (each plan's choices, the lessons it used, the kid's tapped answers, scores, time spent, late lessons, reminder taps, reported problems and MOLA's reviews): so the kid can study and the grown-up can follow the plan in Plan Reports. The tapped answers and per-question details are deleted 90 days after a plan ends (finished, cancelled, or closed by itself after a long time unused); the plan's summary (scores, progress and MOLA's reviews) is kept until the grown-up deletes the plan or the account is deleted. Our lesson content holds lessons and questions only, never a name, an answer or a score.
Kid account (username, display name, PIN hash, age and interests if entered, Spark balance, daily minutes): to run the account. Kept until the owner deletes the kid or the owner's account.
Sign-in sessions: to keep you signed in. Removed at sign-out or after 7 days.
Owner account and purchase records: to run the account and for tax and accounting. Kept while the account exists; purchase records as required by law.
Deleting a kid account deletes all of that kid's data and logs at once, except the safety records described above. Deleting an owner account deletes the owner's data and all of their kid accounts. When an account is deleted we keep no copy of its email address (except inside a safety record kept as described above): you receive a confirmation number by email and on screen, and that number is the only record of the deletion (deleting a kid account gives you a number too). Backups are encrypted and kept only for disaster recovery. Scheduled backups are replaced within 12 months; a backup kept longer to recover the Service is deleted once it is no longer needed; information you delete leaves each backup when that backup is deleted.
Owners can see and change their information in Profile, see their kids' data in My Kids, and delete accounts at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask a question, email info@molalearn.com. We answer within 30 days.
Legal requests. We disclose personal information to law enforcement or another government agency only in response to valid legal process (a subpoena, court order, search warrant or an equivalent lawful request), or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to a child or another person. We disclose only what the request requires, and we notify the account owner where the law permits.
We keep a written information security program, reviewed at least once a year, sized to a small service that handles children's data. It covers how credentials and sign-in sessions are stored and protected, encryption in transit, access limited to each account's own data and to named staff, automatic deletion on the schedule above, and review of our service providers. No online service can promise complete security. If personal information is accessed without permission, we look into it, act to contain it, and tell affected grown-ups without undue delay and the authorities as the law requires.
For a material change, every grown-up is asked in the app to read and agree to the new version, and we record which version they agreed to and when; we may also tell you by email. If you do not agree, email info@molalearn.com and we will pause or delete your account and your kids' accounts. Contact: info@molalearn.com.
